The THERM BOX 12B cooler set combines a black thermal box with a lid and two reusable gel ice packs. The box insulates the contents, and the gel ice packs serve as a passive cold source after freezing. This keeps chilled goods cool longer and frozen goods frozen longer. Suitable for medicines, lunch boxes, meal prep, small groceries, samples, food transport, gastronomy, catering, and refrigerated goods.

The box, made of Piocelan, a material from the Styrofoam family, is food-safe, odorless, water-repellent, non-hygroscopic, reusable, dishwasher-safe, and easy to wipe clean. The gel ice packs are food-safe and reusable, with sturdy LDPE film and flexible water-based gel filling.

Depending on the contents, the ice packs can be placed on top or at the side of the chilled goods. Less empty space in the box can effectively support cooling and keeping warm. Before use, the gel ice packs are frozen in the freezer.

For ice cubes, meltwater, or other liquids, it is recommended to use suitable bags or containers to prevent leakage. Before first use, it is advisable to leave the box open for approximately two hours so that it can acclimatize optimally after production.

As with many Styrofoam products, minor surface marks may occasionally occur, which arise during production or transport. The function and insulation performance of the box remain unaffected.
