The THERM BOX 19B cooler set combines a thermal box with a lid and 3 gel cool packs. The box insulates the contents, while the frozen gel cool packs act as a passive cold source. This keeps chilled goods cool for longer and frozen goods frozen for longer. Suitable for shopping, food transport, meals, drinks, camping, fishing, catering and gastronomy, as well as regular private and commercial use.

The box, made of Piocelan, a material from the Styrofoam family, is food-safe, odourless, water-repellent, non-hygroscopic, reusable, dishwasher-safe and easy to wipe clean. The gel cool packs are food-safe, reusable and feature a stable LDPE film with a flexible water-based gel filling.

Depending on the contents, the cool packs can be placed on top or at the side of the chilled goods. Less empty space in the box can effectively support cooling and keeping warm. Before use, the gel cool packs are frozen in the freezer compartment.

For ice cubes, meltwater or other liquids, it is recommended to use suitable bags or containers to prevent liquid from leaking out. Before first use, it is advisable to leave the box open for approximately two hours so that it can acclimatise optimally after production.

As with many Styrofoam products, minor surface imperfections may occur during production or transport. The function and insulation performance of the box remain unaffected.
