The THERM BOX 80W is a large proofing box, styrofoam box, and thermal box with a lid for pizza dough, bread dough, sourdough, and dough pieces. Its 80-liter volume, 30 cm usable height, and rotatable lid support dough resting, dough ripening, storage, and transport of larger quantities of dough. Depending on the lid position, the ventilation function can be opened or kept closed. The inner surface is suitable for organizing with separate dough trays in 60 x 40 cm format.

The standard E3 crate for butchers & bakers fits perfectly into the thermal box. This makes the insulated box an ideal food container.
Also, two beer crates with 0.5L bottles fit into the cooler box to easily transport and keep beer cool. (Note the dimensions of your beer crate and pay attention to the internal dimensions)
The box is made of compacted EPS Styrofoam. It is food-safe, odorless, water-repellent, non-hygroscopic, reusable, and easy to wipe clean. For cleaning, wiping or hand washing is recommended.
The 80W can be used for dough preparation, pizza balls, yeast pastries, baking, catering, as well as cooling and keeping warm. Stackability, recessed grips, and lid help with organizing larger quantities. When using ice cubes, meltwater, or other liquids, it is recommended to use suitable bags or containers to prevent liquid leakage.
Before first use, it is recommended to leave the box open for about two hours so that it can acclimatize optimally after production. As with many Styrofoam products, isolated slight surface imperfections may occur during production or transport. The function and insulation performance of the box remain unaffected.
