The THERM BOX 53B is a proofing box, styrofoam box, and thermal box with a lid for dough, pizza dough, bread dough, sourdough, yeast dough, dough pieces, and dough management. With approx. 53 liters of volume, 22 cm usable height, and a suitable footprint for separately available 60 x 40 cm dough trays, it is suitable for protected dough resting, dough proofing, storage, and transport. The rotatable lid allows for a ventilated or closed position.

The box is made of Piocelan, a material from the styrofoam family. It is food-safe, odorless, water-repellent, non-hygroscopic, reusable, dishwasher-safe, and easy to wipe clean. As a proofing box for dough, the 53B is particularly practical for small to medium dough quantities, pizza at home, pizzerias, bakeries, catering, and regular private and commercial use. At the same time, the thermal box keeps cold or heat longer and can also be used as a cooler or warming box for food, drinks, and temperature-sensitive goods. For ice cubes, meltwater, or other liquids, it is recommended to use suitable bags or containers to prevent liquid from leaking out. Before first use, it is recommended to leave the box open for about two hours so that it can acclimatize optimally after production. As with many styrofoam products, isolated minor surface features may occur, which arise during production or transport. The function and insulation performance of the box remain unaffected.
