The THERM BOX 80B is a proofing box for dough, a Styrofoam box and a thermal box with lid for pizza dough, bread dough, sourdough, yeast dough, dough pieces and dough resting. The large volume of approx. 80 liters and the usable height of 30 cm support the organization of larger quantities of dough. The rotatable lid can be used in a ventilated or closed position depending on the application; separately available 60 x 40 cm dough trays can be used for organization. Practical for regular private and commercial use.

The box is made of Piocelan, a material from the Styrofoam family. It is food-safe, odor-neutral, water-repellent, non-hygroscopic, reusable, dishwasher-safe and easy to wipe clean. The thermal box is also suitable as a cooler box or hot-holding box for food, drinks, shopping, camping, fishing and catering. It can help with the preparation, storage and transport of dough and food, without replacing active cooling, heating or fermentation control. For ice cubes, meltwater or other liquids, it is recommended to use suitable bags or containers to prevent liquid from escaping. Before first use, it is recommended to leave the box open for about two hours so that it can acclimatize optimally after production. As with many Styrofoam products, minor surface imperfections may occur during production or transport. The function and insulation performance of the box remain unaffected.
